John read law at Bristol University. He trained at Alms & Young in Taunton, qualifying in 1981 and becoming a partner in 1986. He became a Partner at Foot Anstey on its merger with Alms & Young in 2005, and is now a Consultant.
John advises on a full range of family matters including divorce and related financial issues but with particular emphasis on childcare matters in which he has an extensive practice. He is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and of Resolution.
