Sarah specialises in Employment law and works for a variety of locally based and national clients. She regularly advises both small and large businesses, local authorities and individuals.
Sarah deals with a wide range of employment matters. On a day to day basis she routinely deals with employment queries and she often drafts employment documentation, including employment contracts, consultancy and service agreements, and staff handbooks and policies, as well as reviewing existing documentation. Sarah also regularly deals with contentious issues, including handling tribunal claims and advising on compromise agreements.
Sarah studied law at Exeter University and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff Law School. She qualified in 2006, having joined Foot Anstey in 2004 as a trainee.
