Further Investment In Business Excellence
Following the establishment of their Business Excellence Directorate just over a year ago South West law firm, Foot Anstey has appointed Susan Tucker as their Business Excellence Director in their drive to maximize their investment in their client relationships.
Susan Tucker will lead all Foot Anstey’s initiatives to deliver the highest standards of client care and head up the Client Experience Project which ensures clients’ needs are at the heart of the firm. . Susan will also oversee all aspects of professional compliance and risk management.
Foot Anstey recently won a Law Society’s National Award for Excellence in Practice Standards.
