RICS Cornwall Event
An update on the landlord and tenant relationship is the main topic at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Cornwall Local Association event in Cornwall on 19th February in Truro.
Gavin Poole and Toby Claridge, property specialists, at South West law firm Foot Anstey will look at changes brought in by the Land Registration Act 2002 limiting liability for negligence claims against surveyors and property misdescriptions claims as well as giving an update on estate commissions.
