Foot Anstey Open Second Office In Taunton
South west law firm Foot Anstey’s continued expansion means a second office in Taunton at Quad 3000, Blackbrook. They currently have offices in Wellington House, Taunton, Exeter and Plymouth.
When Foot Anstey merged with Alms & Young in 2005 they employed 30. With numbers currently at 75 and rising their office at Wellington House is full.
Mark Lewis, Chairman, said “Our growth is a reflection of Taunton’s stunning expansion and it’s position as a legal centre for Dorset as well as Somerset.
“We are attracting staff of the highest expertise. Many lawyers in London are looking to move out and working in Taunton is proving to be attractive both geographically and stimulating professionally.

One example is our fixed price house conveyancing service Move Forward, launched earlier this year and proving to be a real success. Later this year we will offer a dedicated plot sale service for house builders.”
The new office at Quad 3000 provides 6,000 sq ft of high quality offices with car parking. Fit out starts in December and the team advising business clients will move in next March leaving the service for individuals and legal aid work at Wellington House.
