New Associate For Foot Anstey
Comron Rowe joins Foot Anstey as an associate in their 23 strong commercial team.
Previously he was with the global law firm K&L Gates in London where he was helping to build a new specialist pensions team.
Comron has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions including advising buyers and sellers of companies and businesses on the pension aspects of their transactions and advising bidders for both first and second generation public sector outsourcing contracts on the pensions aspects of their bids. He has also advised on a wide range of other pension issues including ways to reduce the Pension Protection Fund Levy and the impact of the insolvency of an employer on pension schemes.
Comron’s extensive knowledge in pensions will strengthen the company and corporate team at Foot Anstey and add expertise to their new tax team. He also has experience implementing and advising on share incentive arrangements.
