FOIL Appoints South West Lawyer As New Joint Head
Kelvin Farmaner, Partner with South West law firm Foot Anstey, has been appointed as joint head of the National Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) EL/PL Special Interest Group.
FOIL exists to provide a forum for the exchange of information between lawyers acting predominantly or exclusively for insurance clients or self-insurers. FOIL is also an active lobbying body on matters concerning insurance litigation.
Kelvin is a partner in Foot Anstey’s insurance litigation team and acts for major domestic and European insurers as well as public sector clients and self insurers. His experience extends to representing clients before the House of Lords.
