Plymouth Legal Firms Join Forces

Serpell Eaton, one of Plymouth’s oldest law firms, is joining Foot Anstey solicitors as a result of a merger which will create a 340 strong legal practice.
The Serpell Eaton team will move into Foot Anstey’s city centre office at Derry Cross on 1st October 2007.
The merger strengthens the Foot Anstey offering in Plymouth, particularly in relation to the services offered to individuals, to charities and in commercial property.

Of the 24 strong Serpell Eaton team, partners Caroline Mitchell and Nigel Coveney, who specialise respectively in employment and commercial property will become partners at Foot Anstey, taking the number of partners based in Plymouth, Exeter and Taunton to 30. Greg Serpell and Greg Yates join Foot Anstey as working consultants.
