‘Buying and Selling a Business’, a seminar on 27th June at Woodbury Park, Exeter, will look at issues surrounding the sale and purchase of a private company and current practices in the market place.
HW Corporate Finance and HW Chartered Accountants are joining forces with lawyers, Foot Anstey Solicitors to explain how to attract bids, maximise price, minimise tax, negotiate restrictive covenants and ensure a seamless transition.
The seminar will interest any owners or directors considering the acquisition and sale process for the first time or wanting to explore the subject in more depth.
Expert speakers will include Adrian Godfrey, Partner of HW Corporate South West, and Richard Coombs, Partner of Foot Anstey, Exeter and Chairman of the SW Institute of Directors.
