New Associate At Foot Anstey
Julia Green has joined South West law firm Foot Anstey as an Associate in the Commercial Property Department.
Julia spent nine years training and qualifying with Bond Pearce in Plymouth and became an Associate in 2005.
She advises on all areas of commercial property work but predominantly in the public sector dealing with compulsory purchase of land for highways, education and registered social housing and housing associations.
Richard Sutton, Property Partner at Foot Anstey said “Julia special expertise will support our work with local authorities and the public sector in general, working closely with me in Plymouth, Simon Gregory in Exeter and Michael Gay in Taunton.”
The firm’s Plymouth property team has enjoyed substantial growth over the last couple of years and major clients include Tamar Science Park. Three more lawyers will join the team on 1 October as a result of the merger with Serpell Eaton.
