Planning - Case Studies

  1. A client called us because his neighbour had applied for planning permission for a club house.  This building would have a detrimental affect on the setting of a listed building and conservation area.  Discussions were undertaken with the local authority and English Heritage, resulting in the withdrawal of the application.
  2. A client contacted us during the determination of his planning application when it became apparent that planning permission might be refused.  We prepared a Planning Statement in support of his application.  We lobbied committee members and addressed the planning committee meeting. The client was delighted to learn that the planning application was successful.
  3. Foot Anstey is part of a team of consultants advising on the development of a 30 hectare site for a regionally significant and prestige business park in the south west.  The development incorporates offices and industrial buildings,  accompanied by high quality open space and ancillary facilities to serve the development
