- A client called us because his neighbour had applied for planning permission for a club house. This building would have a detrimental affect on the setting of a listed building and conservation area. Discussions were undertaken with the local authority and English Heritage, resulting in the withdrawal of the application.
- A client contacted us during the determination of his planning application when it became apparent that planning permission might be refused. We prepared a Planning Statement in support of his application. We lobbied committee members and addressed the planning committee meeting. The client was delighted to learn that the planning application was successful.
