Case Study 1 - Trade Marks
A client called us wanting to start a new company. He had decided on a name and overnight has registered a domain name. We carried out searches, discussed the trade mark classes and advised that a trade mark could be registered. This was filed the following day. The examination by the Trade Mark Registry raised one issue which was dealt with in a telephone discussion and the mark proceeded to registration.
