Essential Criteria
1. Solicitor
2. An individual who is client friendly, proactive and hard working
3. An insolvency specialist or a committed individual with a background in contentious work and a working knowledge of insolvency would be ideal although training and development can be offered to an excellent candidate with a contentious background and a commitment to develop into insolvency.
Optional Criteria
1. Working knowledge and experience of:-
• Non-contentious insolvency
• Residential and commercial property transactions
• CDDA 1986
The successful applicant will join the Business & Public Sector Group comprising 125 fee earners. Within that group there are units covering commercial and residential property transactions, commercial transactions, banking and debt collection, employment, financial and commercial disputes, insolvency, media and IT, insurance and PI, planning and land use and property litigation. The successful applicant will primarily work with partners in the Insolvency, Litigation and Commercial Property units.
