Essential Criteria
1. Solicitor
2. Interest in the Leisure Industry and issues affecting it.
3. Ideally some local knowledge and/or following.
4. Some Licensed property experience – being involved in sales and purchases of pubs/hotels/self catering complexes/caravan parks/restaurants etc
5. Ideally some experience also of property portfolio acquisitions and disposals and Landlord & Tenant matters.
6. Links or intention to remain in Westcountry.
7. Keen to make referral contacts through marketing and ability to act on own initiative.
The successful applicant will join the Business and Public Sector Group comprising 125 fee earners. Within that group there are units covering commercial and residential property transactions, commercial transactions, banking and debt collection, employment, financial and commercial disputes, insolvency, media and IT, insurance and PI, planning and land use and property litigation. The successful applicant will primarily work with partners in the commercial property, planning and land use and property litigation units.
