Essential Criteria
1. Solicitor
2. An individual who is client friendly, proactive and hard working
3. A good working knowledge of:-
All areas of non contentious commercial law including Business Purchase/Sales, Corporate finance, PFI Projects, Shareholder Agreements
4. Proved abilitity to bring in work and build a team.
5. Preferred connection to Cornish Business market
Sourcing work from Banks and other lenders, Limited Companies, Partnerships, Charities, Landed Estates, Private Individuals, Accountants, IFA’s.
The successful applicant will join the Business and Public Sector Group comprising 125 fee earners. Within that group there are units covering commercial and residential property transactions, commercial transactions, banking and debt collection, employment, financial and commercial disputes, insolvency, media and IT, insurance and PI, planning and land use and property litigation. The successful applicant will primarily work with partners in the Company Commercial units.
