NEW LAWYER REQUIRED IN OUR PRIVATE CLIENT UNIT (EXETER BASED)
GENERAL JOB SPECIFICATION
Essential Criteria
1. Solicitor
2. Experience in a law firm with a significant private client team
3. An individual who is a team player, client friendly, proactive, hard working and computer literate.
4. Accomplished level of knowledge of at least two of the following:-
• Will drafting and basic inheritance tax planning
• Estate administration
• Basic trust law
• Enduring powers of attorney
• Receivership
• Issues affecting the elderly
Optional Criteria
1. Working knowledge and experience of:-
• Trust law and administration
• IHT, CGT and other personal tax planning
• Lifetime settlements
The successful applicants will join our Individual Group comprising 67 fee earners. There are great opportunities in this unit for development and promotion.
