JOB SPECIFICATION
Essential Criteria
1. Solicitor
2. An individual who is client friendly, proactive and hard working
3. Experience in clinical negligence/ personal injury work.
4. Able to assist experienced solicitor in running of complex claims and own caseload.
5. Be willing to eventually develop a caseload of clinical negligence work through networking etc.
6. A good working knowledge of:-
• clinical negligence/ personal injury claims
• civil litigation procedure and CPR
Optional Criteria
1. Working knowledge and experience of:-
• NHS complaints procedure
• publicly funded civil work and LSC procedures
The successful applicant will join the clinical negligence team comprising 13 fee earners, being one of the largest in the South West.
