Other Work Experience

GCSE/Year 10

Students can apply for work experience at any time of the year by forwarding a letter to Kelly Cooke (contact details below). This type of placement is available within our Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton and Truro offices.

Your main role would be working as part of our Administration Team, however the Office Manager would put together a timetable enabling you to spend some time with other teams within the office. If you apply for a work experience within our Plymouth or Taunton offices then we would also try to ensure that you spend some time with our Advocates Team resulting in a visit to the local Court.

A Level

Sixth form students can apply for work experience at any time of the year by forwarding a covering letter and CV to Kelly Cooke (contact details below).

The work experience programme for sixth form students takes place in either our Exeter or Plymouth office for a two day placement during April and October each year. The two days will give students a real insight into how a modern progressive law firm operates. Using a mixture of interactive sessions and presentations with a number of our legal units and key business support teams, we aim to provide a complete picture of different areas within a law firm.

The forthcoming dates for the work experience are as follows:
Exeter: 8 & 9 April 2010
Plymouth: 7 & 8 October 2010
