Client Care
We will work closely with you and on your behalf with;
- Your mortgage adviser
- The developer
to try and ensure the deal that you and the developer have agreed in the reservation form is achieved. We will give regular updates to the developer. This can avoid problems should it look as though the target exchange date may be missed, for example, due to a delayed mortgage offer and/or delay with any related sale.
Costs
Our costs are discounted and therefore very competitive. However, we do not compromise the quality of advice and service that we are committed to giving you. A full breakdown of our costs, VAT and “disbursements”, eg search fees and Land Registry fees, for acting on your purchase can be obtained from the developer’s Sales Office. These costs include the legal work to be carried out by us on behalf of your lender - where you are obtaining a mortgage from a bank or building society. If you would also like us to act on any related sale, a full breakdown of our costs, VAT and “disbursements” can also be obtained from the developer’s Sales Office.
