Company Secretarial and Registered Office

The correct administration of a company can be demanding and onerous with financial penalties and ultimately the striking-off of the Company if rules and regulations are not complied with. • The drawing up, checking and filing of the Annual Return.

Incorporations

At Foot Anstey we can also provide clients with both “ready made” and bespoke companies and with the help of an advanced computer software package we are able to deliver these companies within very tight timescales (usually within four hours).

Bespoke incorporations allow clients choose the first directors & shareholders, company secretary, name and share capital of the company.
