Criminal Courts
Do you have to go to Court? Are you worried about what will happen? Our court services team is at the forefront of criminal defence work in the South West of England, specialising in appearing before the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. The legal team represent a wide variety of privately paying and publicly funded clients at all stages of the criminal process, from the police station to the Crown Court and beyond.

Our Approach
Our Advocates Team is dedicated to legal aid work as well as private fee paying client work in the Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts throughout the South West and further afield. Every member of our team is committed to providing you with a quality, professional and personal service. We will offer you a sympathetic ear no matter what your difficulty. Our advice will always be practical and realistic, specifically tailored to your situation. If your case reaches court, we will ensure you are represented by an advocate within our team who has the appropriate level of experience. If we are unable to represent you in court on a particular day, for whatever reason, we will instruct an appropriate Solicitor Agent or Barrister to act on your behalf. We understand that the legal process can often be bewildering and full of jargon which is sometimes difficult to understand. We aim to lead you through this maze step by step.
